Traditional principles alive today Our meat processing operation for salted  and smoked products was established  more than 100 years ago. The outstanding  quality and excellent taste of its products  has proven persuasive to customers of  Mester Altländer Fleischwaren since the  very beginning. The provincial  slaughterhouse quickly grew into a  substantial enterprise known throughout the entire North German region. For more than  30 years now the Company's focus has  been on the production of smoked pork  chop specialities. The family-run business  is in its fifth generation and is currently led  by Axel Mester.
