Hearty classic Curly kale is a tradition with  taste. A feast rich in vitamins  with winter vegetables, meat  and schnapps. Traditionally  the kale will be braised in  lard. Depending on regional  preferences it is served with  pork, smoked pork chops,  belly of pork, sausage or  other meat ingredients. Hint:  curly kale leftovers can be  reheated the next day - it can  taste even better.
