Freshness guaranteed Since 1996 Mester Altländer Fleisch-  waren has been producing its selected  smoked pork chop specialities at its  state-of-the-art production facilities in  Buxtehude. On an area totaling 4000  square meters 70 employees produce  up to 50 tonnes of meat product per  day. This is where the traditional skills  of craftsmen are combined with top  grade innovative production methods.  Continual investment ensures that the  complete production process is  maintained at the highest technological  standards.
